Keeping a Task list is one of the ways to better organize our lives and our businesses. Tasks and To-Dos can be assigned to yourself, or to anyone else on your team. If you assign a Task or a To-Do to someone else, it will show up on their Task list.
Assigning a Task or To-do
A task is an action related to a specific contact that has been selected and can be assigned as a reminder for you to do something or assigned to someone else on your team to complete.
A to-do is like a task, but is NOT related to any specific contact, and can be assigned to you to complete, or to anyone else on your team.

Creating a Workflow
A workflow consists of a sequence of connected steps.
A multi-step Task (Workflow) would be one where you need to do several things, sometimes by different people, in order to complete something for a client of prospect. The Steps can either ordered so that you can complete them in the proper sequence, or they can be assigned all at once to multiple people if needed.

Recurring Tasks
You can make your tasks repeat at regular intervals. When you create a new task, just click the button next to Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually and the task will repeat on that interval.

"My Tasks & To-dos" folder
This folder will show you all the tasks that are assigned to you, the date they are do, the tasks you have completed today, the priority of each task, and those that are overdue.

Activity Manager
This section will allow you to pull a variety of task and to-do reports to better enable you to manage your activity as well as others within your company.
