Clients say it Best...

I purchased your program last month. I have to take the time to write and let you know what an amazing job you have done in putting this program together.

Every day I laugh thinking... this is beautiful...why didn't I do this sooner! It has inspired me to work harder, do a better job of managing my clients, and in finding new business. I look forward to opening this program each day.

So a BIG THANK YOU TO BIGCONTACTS for a job well done!!! Please pass this along to all that have put their hard work into developing this program.

The support at BigContacts is far superior to any other web service I have used, including SalesForce.com. Not only are they friendly and professional, their response time has been amazing.

Overall, Big Contacts is the best solution I have found in many years. You can use it at a basic level or enhanced to meet your needs. Beginning users need not fear - it will be surprisingly easy to use. Advanced users can feel comfortable that it can meet your comprehensive requirements. The value in this product is excellent.

Big Contacts has made us better. I have been a user of Big Contacts coming up on two years (July 2008). And though it took real effort for me to break-away from a stand alone version of ACT, I'm glad I've made the move to a web-based CRM...

We love Big Contacts. Easy to use, economical and provides everything we need to schedule follow-ups and communicate with customers. Auto-pilot campaigns allow us to stay in touch with clients behind the scenes, and email templates provide me with a way to ensure my sales people are sending effective and professional communication in an incredibly time-efficient fashion. Before finding Big Contacts, we looked at virtually every contact management system we could find and had just about given up because we didn't like any of them. Our IT dept was going to have to build one in-house. Big Contacts is what we'd have built if we'd done it ourselves, only much better

A revolutionary new CRM platform for Small Business

As many of you may already know, BigContacts has invested a great deal of time over the past 2 years gathering in-depth feedback and ideas from our customers.

Our research has been focused on better understanding how our customers currently use BigContacts to help you improve your day-to-day operations, and what we can improve with our software to help you even further.

At BigContacts, it has always been our mission to give small businesses an easy-to-use tool that will help you get more organized so that you have more time to focus on:

i)     Finding more prospects (marketing)

ii)    Converting more prospects to customers (sales management)

iii)   Keeping more of the customers you already have (customer retention, operations)

We have recently completed our research, and have begun the development of a revolutionary new platform! We are confident that “BigContacts 2.0” will help small businesses to level the competitive playing field when it comes to attracting and retaining more customers.

It is our goal to complete and release this new platform in the June–July timeframe in 2012. Please note that this is a “target” that we are aiming for and we will keep you updated  with more specific dates, as we get closer to this new release.

Over the next several months I will share with you highlights of each of the major modules within this new system. Stay tuned for more information on what we think will become the easiest to use, most powerful and effective small business CRM software on the market today!

I thought the new platform was supposed to be out in 2011? Did I mis-read the last announcement?

We have now actually begun development on our next generation platform and wanted to let all know.

Sty tuned for more updates through this blog.

Lisa,

We do plan to offer some integration with QuickBooks . To help me better understand your use case, can you tell me specifically what information your are storing in QuickBooks that you would want to have stored in BigContacts? And likewise, what information in BigContacts would you need to have stored and saved in QuickBooks ?

I look forward to your reply.

Hello Bob, others.

I recently posted suggestions on LI Group in your notice regarding Roadmap going forward. (THEN I discovered the "Top Three" conversation) I won't repeat all of that, but for this discussion, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a forum for user interaction!

I am the 3rd and newest guy in a small co (owner and I are outside sales, 3rd is inside/shipping/receiving/office mgr/everything), they had BC, but not using it as neither of them really understood/were interested in adapting it for use as anything other than a phone book. Our colleagues in an adjoining distributorship (industrial pipe fittings) turned the owner on to BC before I came aboard. That's where I came in.

I tried my best to create custom fields, groups, categories, contact types, etc, but as a new guy I didn't know what I didn't know. I was unsure of what WE needed (they used a poor combination of Outlook, QuickBooks, Act, their email inbox, and a binder full of business cards for the road)I was unsure of what BC could/couldn't do and so consequently, I am sure that I have not optimized it for our use. For the most part, I am the only user (not using as I should), although the owner states JAN 1 we are all in.

That said, I would love a user area on this site. We could exchange tips/screenshots, etc. I would love a look at someone else's customization! I would be a more satisfied customer knowing I was getting all I can for our money.

I used to create a few database interfaces years ago (USMC - not a programmer type but used the LOTUS relational database Approach back then) To tell the truth, my projects turned out pretty great with logic, radio buttons, toggles, dropdowns, etc. I have done the same with spreadsheet macros/forms/reports, too. Again, not a pro, but if I can look at some examples and read some instructions I can figure it out!

So how about it? A members only area? Only registered subscribers? Here or someone set it up elsewhere? Where can I get some glimpses of how some of you have optimized the features? How you customized? Go to LI and contact me in the BC Group.

All in 1/1/12,
