Clients say it Best...

I purchased your program last month. I have to take the time to write and let you know what an amazing job you have done in putting this program together.

Every day I laugh thinking... this is beautiful...why didn't I do this sooner! It has inspired me to work harder, do a better job of managing my clients, and in finding new business. I look forward to opening this program each day.

So a BIG THANK YOU TO BIGCONTACTS for a job well done!!! Please pass this along to all that have put their hard work into developing this program.

The support at BigContacts is far superior to any other web service I have used, including SalesForce.com. Not only are they friendly and professional, their response time has been amazing.

Overall, Big Contacts is the best solution I have found in many years. You can use it at a basic level or enhanced to meet your needs. Beginning users need not fear - it will be surprisingly easy to use. Advanced users can feel comfortable that it can meet your comprehensive requirements. The value in this product is excellent.

Big Contacts has made us better. I have been a user of Big Contacts coming up on two years (July 2008). And though it took real effort for me to break-away from a stand alone version of ACT, I'm glad I've made the move to a web-based CRM...

We love Big Contacts. Easy to use, economical and provides everything we need to schedule follow-ups and communicate with customers. Auto-pilot campaigns allow us to stay in touch with clients behind the scenes, and email templates provide me with a way to ensure my sales people are sending effective and professional communication in an incredibly time-efficient fashion. Before finding Big Contacts, we looked at virtually every contact management system we could find and had just about given up because we didn't like any of them. Our IT dept was going to have to build one in-house. Big Contacts is what we'd have built if we'd done it ourselves, only much better

"Custom Date Range" makes for better Reports in your Contact Manager

There are many uses for the Advanced Search function in BigContacts.  You can sort and filter your contacts on virtually every field within our Contact Management Software.

Whether you're pulling a list together to generate an email to existing clients, queuing up an email marketing campaign for prospects, or simply trying to identify the contacts that you haven't touched in a while - the Advanced Search function can help.

With all of its positives, there has been one very important feature that was missing.  Until now, we didn't give you the ability to select a custom date range in which to filter and then view your search results. After you generated your list of contacts, you would have to export to excel is you wanted to do any further sorting to try and organize things in some sort of time-line.

We now give you the ability to choose a specific date range for a number of fields within the Advanced Search.  These fields are found under the "History" heading in the Advanced Search.

  1. Select the "Reports" Tab

  2. Select the "Advanced Search" sub-tab

  3. Select all of the fields you wish to display in your report

    Advanced Search for Contact Management

  4. Scroll down to the "History" section and choose the filters you wish to use

  5. Finally, you will "Specify a date range" that you wish to view in your report.

Custom Date Range for Contact Reports

You can now choose a custom date range for:

The date a Contact was added to your database

This can be very helpful for creating a mailing to new clients or prospects that you added to your system during a certain period of time.

The last call or meeting with your Contacts

The last note added for your Contacts

The last email that was sent to your Contacts

These three filters give you to ability to quickly identify a subset of your contacts based on when you last "touched" them.  Many of our clients plan to use this as a way to identify clients that they have not contacted in a while so that they can plan to reach out to them.

  • There are many uses for this simple, yet important feature.  We hope you find it to be an added benefit as you manage your contact data.

Love BigContacts! Another solid improvement. My only major complaint is the lack of different administration levels. Currently the only choice is either set up an employee as an administrator with full access or just as a user with very limited access.

John,

Thanks for the feedback. We have just begun the initial stages of development for BigContacts 2.0. In this next generation platform we will maintain the features you see in BigContacts 1.5 and plan to add a great number of enhancements. "User Privileges" is one area where you will see tremendous improvements.

Stayed tuned for more information.

Thanks for choosing BigContacts!

Love Big Contacts, when will you give ability to search for a contact by typing the email address into search bar?

And maybe an ICON beside name of contact to show exactly what stage they are in the salespipeline/ auto emails. for ex.
Bill Smith (Not Interested Stage- 3mth email)

Thanks for great customer support when I've asked questions by email in the past! Dat

Dat,

Great news! You can actually search your database by email address. You wont use the standard search bar, but from that same search section click on the "Advanced Search" button.

When this opens you can enter/ paste the email address in either the personal or business email fields and select the "find contacts" button. The system will pull up any contact that has an email address that matches your entry.

We actually use this function quite often in our day-to-day business. Hope that helped. If you have any other questions on how this works, please reply here or start a live chat with support and we can answer any other questions you may have.

Thanks for the feedback and thank you for choosing BigContacts.
