We just released a whole new look for Web Based (CRM) Contact Management Software - "BigContacts 1.5".

This is new interface is one of many enhancements we will be implementing during 2010. We have solicited feedback from thousands of users over the past year and it is this "end-user" insight that will continue to drive our platform going forward.
