Custom Reports for Web Based CRM Software

Web Based Contact Management CRM and Sales Force Automation Software - Reports feature BigContacts comes with a number of reporting options.

These include Contact Reports, Activity Reports, Sales Reports, Calendar Reports and Data Export.  In addition to these standard reports, you can easily create and save as many custom reports as you need to manage your business.  All of the reports can be viewed in your browser or downloaded as Excel files.

This module is the central repository for standard and custom reports. You can query/ filter any aspect of your client base. Once you have your data filtered, you can assign tasks to the entire group, send a group email, and perform mail merge functions for mailers, etc.

Backup your Contact Management database

You can backup and export all of your contact data from BigContacts as often as you like. Exporting your data is useful for archiving or for importing into another application. The export reports are located by clicking on My Reports. The data is downloaded as Excel files. There are four Excel files that must be downloaded to access all of your data. They are contacts.xls, meetings.xls, tasks.xls and history.xls. The contacts.xls file includes all of your custom data.
